The record books consist largely of copies (mainly handwritten) of articles of incorporation, bylaws, amendments, and related corporate documents for various types of insurance and benefit companies and associations. Also included are registers of documents filed for each firm, a record of examinations of accounts (1908-1913), a receipt book of annual statements (1962-1966), and registers of agents (1874-1875), and attorneys (1884-1898).
